Medium weight habotai silk neckerchief in cool grey, cedar green, russet and siena. Painted with cold water dyes and some silk paints. A pair of heron sitting watchfully by their nest. There is a heron colony close by where I live and they are often spotted fishing on the shores of the River Forth. A few years ago I went into the garden to find one in our small pond.
