A view of Glen Brittle and the Cuillin of the Isle of Skye. When I was there on a camping trip a few years ago I remember being struck by the contrast of the little white cottages and the massive, looming mountains. This painting has been created using a spraying and stencilling technique with cold water dyes and some details have been added with dilute silk paints. Colours of navy, russet, ochre, heather and sage.
