Georgette silk scarf

This is a lovely piece of fine silk georgette that has been dyed using an eco printing process. Leaves and flowers from my garden have been used and the long edges of the silk from selvedge to selvedge have been left raw, as I felt it better suited the print and colours of the fabric. A lovely natural looking scarf that reminds me of looking out at the garden through a rain spattered window.

Eco printed

Cotinus, birch, maple and mock orange leaves have been used as well as fuchsia and feverfew flowers
