Delivery, Returns, Terms and Privacy Policy

I aim to offer a really good service and parcels are usually posted on the day following receipt of an order.

Delivery

Parcels sent to addresses within the UK are sent Royal Mail Standard Second Class. There is the option to upgrade to First Class for a small charge. You can also choose a tracked service, guaranteed for the next day, for an additional cost at the checkout. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and you should check with the latest postal information.

Items on sale will be sent second class and will be non returnable

 Postage is free on all orders within the UK. Orders requesting a tracked service or First Class postage will incur an additional cost shown at the checkout. Orders will be sent as soon as possible. Most orders will be dispatched within 1 days of receipt of payment in full. Orders will be sent Second Class by Royal Mail, unless requested otherwise. When your parcel is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation. Please make arrangements to receive parcel as not every parcel will fit through a letter box. 

The shop is now accepting orders from Europe, Australia Canada and the USA. Delivery charges for these orders will be shown at the checkout. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed by the seller and the buyer is responsible for any custom taxes.

Returns

Please note that a request for a refund must be made within 14 working days of receipt of an order. Authorised returns thereafter must be returned to me within 7 days to remain valid for a return. Items offered on sale or at a discount will not be eligible to be returned for a refund. Some items are exempt from a refund.

I hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied a refund can be arranged. Please email me at [email protected] to let me know you wish to return something. Goods should be returned in original condition, unworn, not damaged or stained and in original packaging by Royal Mail Special Delivery or another service where the goods may be tracked. The cost of returning an item is your responsibility and the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to me. Please retain proof of posting in case there are any issues. The original shipping charges are not refundable. Once the item has been received and approved you will receive an email and credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving reason. The cooling off period will expire 14 days after which goods came into your possession or that of the person you asked me to deliver to. To exercise your right to cancel you must inform me by email to [email protected]
