Dried lavender flowers have a multitude of benefits and uses. Many people enjoy the pleasing fragrance of the dried flowers and use it to treat a variety of conditions. It is used for it's calming effects, promoting a good night's sleep, to treat hedaches and also to help with anxiety. Dried lavender is also useful for detering insects in wardrobes and drawers. Some of the lavender I have used comes from Provence and also some harvested from my own garden.
